Detroit - Celebrities of the world especially the United States enamored with the new cars are shiny, expensive and blink-blink anyway. Call it the output cars Maybach, Bentley and Lamborghini sometimes so their mounts.

But no means all the celebrity or celebrities that always has an expensive car. There's even a cheap car into categories.

As reported by U.S. News Rank and Reviews, Tuesday (10/11/2009) which issued a list of Celebrity Cars You Can afford, President Barack Obama could even have a car down to earth, aka cheap cars for pockets of Americans.

Before the U.S. was elected president in November last year, Obama had a chance to exchange its luxury car that is his Chrysler 300C with the Ford Escape Hybrid. Ford Escape is in the eyes of the Americans was not among the glamorous cars.

Then there is another major actor Transformers movie, Shia LaBeouf. Pleased with the car that F-150 truck. F-150 was included in America's favorite car there.

Another car mainstream U.S. artist but still can reach the U.S. public is the Toyota Prius. A number of artists who care about the environment such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, Mandy Moore, Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, and Tom Hanks Jennifer Aniston's choose to use environmentally friendly cars this. Unfortunately in Indonesia, the Prius is still quite expensive.

Sold for: $3,740,000By: RM AuctionsWhen: Aug. 17, 2007Where: Monterey, Calif.This French car has a one-of-a-kind body. The car was presented at the Salon de Paris, the Paris auto show, in 1933, according to RM Auctions. The car could go from 0 to 60 mph in 15 seconds, which was faster than a supercharged Bentley of the era, the auction house said. Sports Car Market called it a "spectacular car with known ownership since new," which adds greatly to the value.

1935 Duesenberg SJ
Sold for: $4,400,000By: RM AuctionsWhen: Aug. 17, 2007Where: Monterey, Calif.This over-the-top car was a "Doozy for a Floozy"—at least, she played one in the movies. This Duesenberg was supposed to have been designed for Mae West, but she never took delivery. According to RM Auctions, this was one of only 36 cars supercharged by the factory. The passenger compartment is finished in an Art Deco design with burgundy upholstery.

Sold for: $4,510,000By: Gooding & Co.When: Aug. 18, 2007Where: Pebble Beach, Calif.This rare find is one out of only 43 remaining examples, out of 50 units of the so-called "Green Hornet," according to Gooding & Co. It sold for just over $4.5 million last summer, despite what Sports Car Market described as a "leaky engine, ripped seat, faded paint, and ratty top." However, such authentic touches in a rare model make it even more desirable than inauthentic restoration.

Sold for: $5.5 millionBy: Barrett-JacksonWhen: Jan. 18, 2007Where: Scottsdale, Ariz.This Shelby Cobra has a supercharged V8 that produces 800 hp, according to Barrett-Jackson. It was originally configured as a competition car, and then retrofitted as a street-legal car. At one point it was used by Carroll Shelby himself, according to the auction house. Sports Car Market said Bill Cosby once owned a similar car, in which a later owner was killed. Sports Car Market called the sale "a crazy price for a crazy car."

1953 Ferrari 340/375 MM
Sold for: $5.7 millionBy: RM AuctionsWhen: May 20, 2007Where: Maranello, ItalyThis Ferrari racer is about as rare as they get. It is one of only two surviving models of its exact type, out of only three ever built, according to RM Auctions. It is restored to look as it did when it was driven in the Carrera Panamericana road race in Mexico. In May, it fetched $1.5 million above the highest pre-auction estimated price, thanks to what Sports Car Market called "potent provenance, rarity, 5-liter V12 power, stunning on-the-button condition, and great beauty."

1962 Ferrari 330 TRI/LM
Sold for: $9.3 millionBy: RM AuctionsWhen: May 20, 2007Where: Maranello, ItalyThis well-traveled V12 race car was the 1962 Le Mans winner, driven by the legendary Phil Hill and the late Olivier Gendebien. It raced on other circuits like Bridgehampton and Sebring, and crashed at Le Mans in 1963. Believe it or not, it was a daily driver in New York City from 1965 to 1974, according to RM Auctions. Sports Car Market called it "one of most important Ferraris ever to cross the auction block." Ironically, it was offered for $8 million in 2005 and didn't sell.

Tata Motors, Indian car manufacturer presented a new car model, Tato Nano that costs only about $2,500 that makes it the cheapest car in the world. The low price is justified by the absence of air-conditioner, radio or anything else that can make driving in the car at least a bit more comfortable!

Vehicles - Most Amazing In The World

Electric and hybrid car - Auto manufacturers are gathering in Switzerland for the 77th International Motor Show, which will take place from March 8-18. The Geneva auto show features cars that you’ll probably never drive but will let your imagination run wild. Plus, there are electric and hybrid cars that you probably will be driving soon.Rinspeed is celebrating its 30th anniversary with a see-through concept car which debuts in Geneva. The all-plastic vehicle runs on a 2-cylinder 750 ccm Weber engine that sits above the transmission.The car also honors the 40th anniversary of Bayer’s first all-plastic car which debuted in 1967.

Koenigsegg’s CCXR - Making its debut at Geneva, the Koenigsegg’s CCXR could be the fastest car ever–and it runs on biofuel. The Swedish auto manufacturer says ethanol fuel has higher octane and better cooling power than regular gas which lets it boost the power up 25 percent over the CCX model to 1018 horsepower at 7200 rpm.Pictured is the CCX model which is also being shown at Geneva. CCX will be re-engineered to run on biofuels.

The Bugatti Veyron - a 1001 horsepower sports car, could be eclipsed by the Koenigsegg CCXR’s 1018 hp engine. The 16 cylinder, 8.0 liter engine has a seven-speed transmission. Its speed record of 407 kph could be in jeopardy. The Veyron costs a mere $1,630,000.

Tramontana - The single, seat Tramontana was inspired by fighter jets and racing cars according to Spanish carmaker A.D. Tramontana. Production of this twin-turbocharged, 720 hp vehicle is limited to 12 per year.

The Gumpert Apollo Sport - Races from 0 to 60 in three seconds flat. The two-seater (note the position of the driver) is powered by an 8-cylinder engine that revs up to 800 hp.

Lamborghini Gallardo - Lamborghini introduces a new version of the Gallardo that includes a standard robotized mechanical gearbox, enabling fast gear shifting without the driver removing their hands from the steering wheel. The Italian carmaker claims the ‘Superleggera’ model has the fastest acceleration in its class, going from 0 to 62 mph in about 3.8 seconds–just under the Ferrari 430 F1’s 4.0 secs. The car can be ordered but the number sold will be limited.

Rolls-Royce Phanton Drophead Coupe - The Rolls-Royce Phanton Drophead Coupe makes its European debut in Geneva. But don’t count on getting one of the two-door, four-seat convertibles this year as they are sold out–and they have few openings still available for 2008. The Phantom Drophead Couple offers a hand-brushed steel hood and rear teak deck.

KTM X-Bow - Motorcycle maker KTM built its first car, the exotic X-Bow concept which is on display at the Geneva auto show. The lightweight body is made of carbon fiber.

beON - Turin’s Istituto Europeo di Design will present the “beON” concept as a full-scale model. This student-made off-road sports car has been designed to travel over deserts, beaches and wild terrain. It can also take you to the grocery store.The BeON runs on a hybrid thermal-electric engine with a hydraulic transmission system within each wheel.

Russo-Baltique - Russia celebrates 100 years of car design with a four-seat coupe that contains a V12, 555 bhp engine. The Russo-Baltique has a pneumatic suspension with changeable road clearance. It also has a glass roof.

Pagani Zonda Roadster F - Pagani Automobili unveils the hand-built Zonda Roadster F. Only 25 of these vehicles will be built. The Roadster F offers the performance of the F Coupe–and has a removable top. Pagani calls it “the fastest, most exclusive, most powerful and most expensive Roadster in the world.”

Jaguar XKR - Jaguar Cars unveils the all-new special edition XKR Portfolio model for the Geneva auto show. The XKR features an engine capable of hitting 155mph and will go from 0 to 60 miles in 4.9 seconds. One of the highlights of the car will be the sound system. It has the first production example of its new partnership with audio entertainment specialists Bowers & Wilkins.

Porche 911 TurboTech - Art brings its GTstreet, based on the Porche 911 Turbo, to Geneva. The modified Porsche 3.6-liter flat six turbo engine revs up to 630 hp. TechArt claims the 911 Turbo will go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.2 seconds, and will hit a top speed of 214 mph.

Carver One - At the other extreme of these high performance cars is the Carver One, a three-wheeled, twin-seat tilting vehicle. The Carver One steers like a car but turns like a motorcycle. The car automatically adjusts the tilt angle of the vehicle to the speed and acceleration of the vehicle, ensuring an optimum balance.

Peraves Monotracer - Think a three-wheels are still too much? You can check out the two-wheel Monotracer from Peraves. Its stabiler wheels allow the vehicle to safely lean up to 52 degrees.

Mazda Hakaze - Mazda Motor presents its Hakaze design concept at the Geneva show. The Hakaze is described as a four-seat coupe-style compact crossover SUV. The gull-wing doors make it look like it’s ready to fly like a bird.

Hakaze is the third design concept of the series created around the “Nagare” design language, joining the Mazda Nagare and Mazda Ryuga which were revealed earlier 2007.
